About The Position

Responsible for performing skilled maintenance, installation, and repair work on buildings and equipment at company facilities in the Manchester area. Duties include inspecting and servicing HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, fire alarms, generators, UPS units, data center equipment, and pneumatic systems. Additional tasks include furniture moves, snow removal, painting, light carpentry, and other assigned work, while utilizing a Facilities Work Management System for tracking and documentation. Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation, and repair work on both building and building equipment at company facilities located in the Manchester, NH area.

Requirements

5 years of Electrical experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
State of NH Electricians License
Must successfully complete and pass the CAST test

Responsibilities

Performing skilled maintenance, installation, and repair work on buildings and equipment.
Inspecting and servicing HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, fire alarms, generators, UPS units, data center equipment, and pneumatic systems.
Performing furniture moves, snow removal, painting, and light carpentry.
Utilizing a Facilities Work Management System for tracking and documentation.
Making scheduled tests and inspections on building equipment and fixtures.
Performing skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations, and maintenance of the building, building equipment, and other related physical plant.
Responding to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs and may be called to assist during an emergency outside of normal responsibilities, work hours, and location.
