About The Position

Wabash Plastics, Inc. is a well-established, industry-leading plastic injection molding manufacturer. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician to join our production team in Evansville, IN.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience and/or relevant technical training/degrees.
• Strong blueprint, schematic, and electrical print reading ability required.
• Must be willing and able to work any 8-hour shift as operational needs require.
• Conditional offers of employment are subject to a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with industrial robotics and automated systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex machinery involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Execute routine PM schedules on assigned plant machinery and tooling.
• Adjust, optimize, and program automated systems and robotics.
• Design and fabricate custom fixtures, racks, assembly stations, and specialized tooling.
