About The Position

The Lonestar Truck Group and TAG Truck Centers have built an excellent reputation within the heavy truck industry. The Building Maintenance Coordinator will maintain the building and grounds of the dealership, help prepare for special events, and coordinate repairs that require more specialized knowledge and abilities. This role is part of the Administration department and is a Non-Exempt FLSA status position. There is no travel required for this role, and the work schedule is consistent.

Requirements

Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge.
Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Able to speak precisely and clearly.
Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
Maintain personal appearance and hygiene to be within company standards.
Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Maintain mechanical and electrical components of dealership as qualified. As needed, bring in contractors for repairs that require more qualified or specialized knowledge.
Prepare and tear down designated areas for special events to include set up and clean up.
Ensure cleanliness of building facilities and grounds.
Communicate with local Continuous Improvement Coordinator to ensure Elite Support standards are being met.
Perform regularly scheduled safety inspections as determined by OSHA, Director of Safety or other known standards.
Maintain documentation of required activities.
