Requirements
- Dependable (timely and daily)
- Must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Patch sheet rock and paint minor commercial office space/repairs
- Support/assist engineering team with daily maintenance task
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Cooling tower Water management
- Flooring
- Minor door adjustments (closers, hinges, handles, slides, etc…)
- General site cleanup/maintenance
- Use a PC to communicate with emails and track service request
