Building Maintenance Administrative Assistant - Year Round

Deer Valley Resort•Deer Valley, UT
•Onsite

About The Position

The Building Maintenance Administrative Assistant supports the Building Maintenance department through inventory control, asset data collection, shipping and receiving, and technician support. The role owns the parts-room process from request through storage and maintains accurate records in Limble, the department’s work-management system. This is an administrative and inventory-support position, not a technician role; it does not perform equipment repairs or supervise technicians. The position works across the shop office, parts room, dock, and resort buildings. It may involve cold, snow, dust, and typical shop noise. The year-round schedule may flex around storm cycles and include weekends and holidays when needed to cover the resort. Core hours are set by Building Maintenance leadership. Employment may include a period of layoff or reduced hours.

  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and put away up to 50 pounds; items over 50 pounds require a team lift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach, and to work in a parts room, on a dock, and in resort buildings; occasional ladder use is limited to reading a nameplate or applying a label.
  • Organized and accurate, with reliable recordkeeping.

  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and accurate data entry.
  • Willingness to use Limble every day.
