Building Maintenance Administrative Assistant - Year Round

Alterra•Deer Valley, WA
•$23 - $26•Onsite

About The Position

The Building Maintenance Administrative Assistant supports the Building Maintenance department through inventory control, asset data collection, shipping and receiving, and technician support. The position is responsible for the parts room, tracking parts from request through storage and issue, and maintaining accurate information in Limble, the department’s work-management system. This is an administrative and inventory role, not a technician position; it does not involve repairing equipment or supervising technicians. The role also provides day-to-day office administration, supports the work-request intake and preventive-maintenance calendar, maintains department records, and helps technicians use Limble consistently. Work is split between the shop office, parts room, dock, and resort buildings. The year-round schedule may flex for storm cycles, weekends, and holidays when the department is covering the resort; core hours are set by Building Maintenance leadership. Employment may include a period of layoff or reduced hours.
