About The Position

Fox Cities Builders is seeking a Building Leadman to work alongside the Foreman in leading crews and building agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects. The role is suited to someone who leads by example, works hard, and is willing to contribute directly to the work. The Building Leadman helps coordinate and organize jobsites, supports and develops crew members, and steps in to lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable. The position offers an opportunity to grow into a leadership role and contribute to quality, safe construction work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of construction experience.
• Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Help lead construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects.
• Assist with daily planning, coordination, and jobsite organization.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members.
• Read blueprints and help ensure projects are built correctly and efficiently.
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.
• Help manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable.
• Solve problems and keep projects moving forward.
