About The Position
Fox Cities Builders is hiring a Building Leadman to work alongside the Foreman on agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects. The role helps lead construction crews, supports daily planning and jobsite organization, and contributes to building quality projects efficiently and safely. The Building Leadman trains and mentors crew members, helps manage materials, tools, and equipment, and steps in to lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced builder or aspiring leader to develop leadership skills and advance their construction career.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of construction experience.
- Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Help lead construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects.

- Train, mentor, and support crew members.
