About The Position

Williamson Electrical Co., Inc. / Williamson Pump & Motor is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to perform lawn care, snow removal, and general building maintenance. The role includes maintaining company grounds and interior and exterior areas, operating landscaping and hauling equipment, and keeping equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe. The work involves outdoor physical tasks in varying weather conditions and may require early mornings or additional hours during snowstorms.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card.
• Experience operating a zero-turn lawnmower and other landscaping equipment.
• Experience driving a dump truck and pulling a landscaping trailer.
• General building maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability for early morning or additional hours during snowstorms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company grounds by mowing with a zero-turn lawnmower, trimming, edging, cleaning up leaves, and performing seasonal landscaping.
• Remove snow and apply salt or sand to parking areas, walkways, and entrances.
• Safely operate a dump truck and tow, maneuver, and back up a landscaping trailer.
• Load, unload, and properly secure equipment and materials.
• Perform general building maintenance, including painting, minor carpentry, basic repairs, and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
• Inspect equipment, complete routine maintenance, and report repair needs.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
