About The Position

The Building & Grounds Assistant, under direction, will operate landscape and snow removal machinery to supervisor’s expectation. This role involves completing tasks on schedule while observing safety standards at all times. The assistant will also perform simple maintenance on equipment or machinery and be proactive with unscheduled repair situations that require immediate attention. Responsibilities include all activities related to landscape maintenance and improvement projects at Kapco locations, overseeing the application and spraying of herbicides and pesticides when required, landscape/snow removal, and spring/fall clean-up. The role also entails maintaining the cleanliness and condition of all Kapco buildings and properties.
