About The Position

The Building Based Educator is a full-time, school-based role at Academy of the Pacific Rim Charter Public School (APR), a tuition-free public charter school serving students in Grades 5–12 in Boston. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this educator provides consistent instructional support, small-group instruction, advisory support, and coverage for planned staff absences. The role works across teams and adapts to school needs while helping maintain high-quality instruction and an engaging, safe learning environment.
