About The Position

Requirements

Around 3 or more years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or a related field.
Experience coordinating projects, managing installations, or leading controls work.
Ability to read HVAC controls drawings, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working with customers, technicians, and project teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Visio or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
Prepare estimates and proposals for HVAC control systems.
Coordinate engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
Work directly with customers and keep them updated throughout the project.
Coordinate submittals, material orders, programming, graphics, installation, and commissioning.
Review plans, specifications, wiring diagrams, and control sequences.
Track project costs, change orders, and labor to keep jobs on budget.
