About The Position

This is a Summer 2027 internship offering on-the-job experience with the construction process and building automation systems. The intern will gain a realistic preview of the Building Automation Systems Specialist role, explore other career opportunities within the Building Automation team, and gain hands-on HVAC controls experience while working alongside Building Automation Systems Specialists on construction project sites. The position also provides exposure to site-specific safety policies and procedures, other departments, and how the intern’s role affects the business, while connecting classroom concepts to real-world experience. Requirements

Must be a current student working toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction, or a related field.
Interest in pursuing a career in the mechanical contracting or HVAC industry.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, their functions, and how they operate.
Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
