Builder Account Executive, Enterprise Healthcare Sales

Springboard•CA, AZ, TX, FL and NY (Remote), TX

About The Position

Springboard is partnering with health systems to solve one of healthcare's most urgent problems: the workforce pipeline. We help employers become talent makers, not talent takers, designing and delivering training programs that produce certified, job-ready talent. This is a differentiated model where customers pay for completers, not seats, making it a complex sell. This is not a product-in-a-box role. The Account Executive will own the full lifecycle from cold outreach and top-down prospecting to closing deals at the IDN/Health System level. This involves navigating the C-suite, leading multi-stakeholder deals with a 6-18 month cycle, and collaborating with Learning Design and Leadership teams to tailor solutions for specific clinical and operational gaps. The role requires iterating on the sales approach when pitches fail, diagnosing gaps, adjusting business cases, and trying again.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Enterprise Sales, ideally selling complex services or high-ACV services into Health Systems.
  • Ability to build a business case that moves the needle for a CFO or Chief People Officer.
  • Proven track record of navigating long, bureaucratic sales cycles without losing momentum.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to simplify the complex.
  • High Sales IQ and business stamina are non-negotiable.
  • Experience in an environment without a lot of structure and the ability to create structure.
  • Credibility to support positioning strategies.
  • Focus on outcomes and ROI, not features.
  • Relentless drive and a sense of urgency.
