About The Position

Green Dragon is a cannabis retailer with a production facility and stores throughout Florida and is part of Vireo, a cannabis platform with approximately 4,500 team members, more than 1 million square feet of cultivation, and over 170 dispensaries across 10+ states. The Budtender promotes a positive, customer service-oriented work environment while complying with established policies and procedures. This in-person role supports customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and using product knowledge to improve customers’ in-store experiences. The role also helps maintain store compliance, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness. The position pays $15 per hour and is part-time. Requirements

Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work 8-hour day and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
Reliable transportation to the store.

Nice To Haves

Retail store sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide excellent service.
Assist customers in the store and over the phone, and process online orders accurately.
Encourage sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
Use the POS system accurately and follow cash-handling, safe-audit, and change-drop procedures.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain an understanding of the training and compliance binder.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure signage, price tickets, and marketing materials are visible and up to date.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well stocked, and complete general housekeeping duties.
Contribute a positive attitude to a customer-focused work environment.
