The Budget & Financial Services Analyst II serves as a centralized fiscal operations resource within the University of South Florida College of Education. This position supports assigned Associate Dean offices, Dean’s Office administrative units, academic departments, and selected college-level financial activities through account monitoring, monthly reconciliation, transaction coordination, expenditure tracking, and operational financial support. The position manages assigned Education & General (E&G) accounts, supports payroll costing activities, maintains internal tracking systems, and coordinates transaction follow up with Business & Financial Services Shared Services (BFSS). Responsibilities also include supporting course fee administration, faculty start-up and Research Incentive Account (RIA/F&A rebate) activities, academic department Foundation funds, auxiliary billing, revenue collection, TouchNet activity, and related financial transactions. This position works closely with the Budget Director, COEDU Budget Team, Associate Deans, Department Operations Managers, Business & Financial Services Shared Services, academic departments, and college leadership to support accurate, timely, and coordinated financial operations across assigned college accounts and funding sources.
