About The Position

The Brokerage Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts by assisting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting, training, and support activities. This dual role offers an opportunity to learn how to lead an office while continuing to sell real estate and earn commissions. The employee is also paid to assist the Branch Manager at the branch location and is eligible for benefits.

Requirements

At least three years of real estate sales experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to recruit sales agents effectively and communicate the company’s agent value proposition clearly and accurately.
Ability to effectively present training to sales associates.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency with technology tools and ability to teach agents how to use them.
Valid Real Estate or Broker’s license.

Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager with ongoing recruitment of new and experienced sales agents.
Support agent needs on an ad hoc basis to improve the agent experience and accelerate growth.
Lead educational classes for sales agents on company technology tools and resources, empowering agents to learn, improve, seek diversity, and thrive.
Assist the Branch Manager with agent coaching and transactions.
Continue selling real estate and earning commissions while assisting the Branch Manager.
