About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, fast-paced customer service and prepare high-quality drinks in a busy shop. The role focuses on connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, and creating a positive, fun experience while embodying Dutch Bros’ values.

Broistas work as part of a supportive crew, keep their workspaces clean, follow food safety standards, and show up reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. The work is physically demanding and requires staying on your feet and moving quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varied weather conditions, and potentially pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. The stated compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $8.50 per hour; actual tips may vary.
