About The Position

A Broista at Dutch Bros Coffee delivers friendly, high-energy customer service while preparing drinks and helping create a positive experience for every customer. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, involving extended time on your feet, quick movement, and service during a steady flow of customers. Broistas work closely with their crew, maintain a clean workspace, follow food safety standards, and represent Dutch Bros values. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to support success and ensure Dutch Bros standards are met.

• Have reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
