About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a positive, supportive crew environment. The role involves staying on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers, including during shifts of up to 10 hours and in varying weather conditions. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour plus an average tip rate of $8.50 per hour; actual tips may vary.
