About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service while preparing quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, and representing Dutch Bros values. Broistas work closely with their crew, maintain a clean workspace, and follow food safety standards. The job is physically demanding, with employees on their feet and moving quickly amid a steady flow of customers, including during shifts of up to 10 hours and in varying weather conditions. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided. The posting offers a base pay of $10.00 per hour plus tips, with average tips reported as $7.25 per hour for 2025; actual tips may vary.
