About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Port Orange, Florida. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role in which you’ll serve as the face of Dutch Bros, connect with customers, prepare drinks, and contribute positive energy to every shift. The job involves being on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas work closely with their crew, prepare for all weather conditions, and may push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The listed compensation is $15.00 per hour base pay plus average tips of $3.00 per hour; actual tips may vary.
