About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. Broistas greet and connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare high-quality drinks, and create a positive experience while embodying Dutch Bros values. The role requires staying focused during busy periods, maintaining a clean workspace, following food safety standards, and reliably attending scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. The work is physically demanding, involves being on your feet and moving quickly, may include shifts of up to 10 hours, and requires working in varying weather conditions. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. The listed compensation is $15.00 per hour base pay plus average tips of $3.00 per hour; actual tips may vary.
