About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Katy, Texas. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role in which you will connect with customers, prepare quality drinks, and contribute to a supportive crew. The work involves being on your feet and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers, with shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees must be prepared to work in varied weather conditions and may push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $7.25 per hour. Tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary based on factors including location, position, hours, and service quality; the stated average is based on 2025 reporting.
