About The Position

The John Gore Organization is seeking a full-time Broadway Subscription Specialist to manage the day-to-day sales and service of guests across 24 cities in the Broadway Across America network. This role involves developing relationships with current customers and cultivating new ones to expand the business. The specialist will provide accurate, efficient, and consistent "world-class" service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a dynamic service experience for every guest. Additionally, the position requires punctuality, a positive and supportive attitude, respect for coworkers, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones
  • Processing ticket sales on multiple ticketing systems (Archtics and Tessitura), including renewals, exchanges, reseats, refunds, cancellations, upgrades, and single tickets
  • Reading and responding to guest emails
  • Proofing materials and emails sent to guests
  • Reviewing website and performing data entry on the website
  • Printing, fulfilling, and mailing tickets
  • Database entry and maintenance
  • Participating in weekly team meetings, seminars, and training events
  • Handling outbound calls for follow-ups on unrenewed accounts, informing guests of show/date changes, cancellations, payment plan declines, renewal deadlines, priority offers, and survey calls
  • Participating in the ongoing development and organization of the Service Center and Organization
  • Handling special projects as directed by the Service Center Manager and/or Supervisor
