About The Position

Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract & Subscription Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer subscriptions, vendor agreements, and service contracts. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and revenue optimization across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and skilled at managing multiple agreements while building strong relationships across departments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure contracts are properly maintained, renewals are proactively managed, compliance requirements are met, and subscription processes support long-term organizational goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in contract management, subscription operations, vendor management, or related administrative functions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments including Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership
  • Experience analyzing subscription metrics, renewals, and operational reporting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to interpret, review, and manage contract language accurately
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, agreements, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and contract management platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications may include: Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Subscription Management Certification, Other related contract, compliance, or operational certifications
  • Working knowledge of contract administration, subscription business models, SaaS agreements, or licensing structures preferred
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management or subscription platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Icertis, ContractWorks, Zuora, or similar systems preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, technology, professional services, or recurring revenue environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts and subscription agreements, including renewals, amendments, onboarding, upgrades, downgrades, and terminations
  • Draft, review, organize, and maintain service agreements and subscription documentation
  • Conduct organization-wide contract audits and coordinate with department leaders to maintain accurate agreement records
  • Maintain contract management systems and subscription databases to ensure timely tracking of renewals, expirations, notifications, and compliance obligations
  • Partner with Executive Leadership and Legal teams to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and risk management standards
  • Coordinate with Finance and Billing teams regarding invoicing, subscription tracking, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements
  • Analyze subscription performance metrics including renewals, churn trends, contract utilization, and customer retention data
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external contract-related inquiries
  • Ensure all agreements comply with applicable regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies through automation and best practices
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and communication records
  • Support organizational growth initiatives through operational reporting and process optimization
