We are seeking Structures Bridge Regional Practice Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Structures practice across the West Region. This position reports directly to the Senior Operations VP and plays a key role in technical excellence, staff development, financial performance, and strategic growth. This position is based in one of the Rocky Mountain Region offices and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Must be comfortable with frequent travel as required for regional leadership and client engagement.
