About The Position

Rock House is seeking a Region Manager for West Texas to be part of a community and team that cares for individuals with disabilities and builds fulfilling futures. For over 40 years, Rock House has been a leader in residential, foster, and in-home support and care for persons with disabilities. This administrative role involves overseeing the planning, direction, and delivery of healthcare services. The position requires assessing and addressing operational challenges, setting directions for teams, resolving issues, and providing guidance, while staying informed about relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field of health care, human services, or other related degree
• 3-5 years advanced management experience in healthcare or other relevant delivery systems
• Excellent communication skills - listening, speaking, and writing skills
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Willing to relocate to the Stephenville, TX area
