About The Position
Responsible for the oversight of safe and productive field operations. Supervises the job site in accordance with Curtis Contracting, policies, procedures and values. Responsible for the planning and logistics of all project related tasking to include but not limited to coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, scheduling and compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required. Provides leadership to field level employees, including communicating performance expectations, disciplinary action, and necessary guidance.
Requirements
- Bridge Structure construction experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Drug Test/Screening.
- Reference Checks.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Construction leadership experience.
