About The Position

Radiology Partners Bluegrass is seeking a daytime Breast Radiologist to provide breast imaging services at Baptist Health Richmond in Richmond, Kentucky. This is an on-site, part-time independent contractor opportunity with approximately one shift per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The position has a 100% breast imaging focus and offers a collaborative team, state-of-the-art technology, and infrastructure intended to support efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes. The role includes interpreting screening and diagnostic tomosynthesis mammograms and performing breast procedures, including cyst aspiration, ultrasound- and stereotactic-guided biopsies, axillary node biopsy, and wire localization, as well as women’s imaging ultrasound. Additional remote general diagnostic opportunities are available to earn additional income. Baptist Health Richmond is a 105-bed hospital serving Richmond and surrounding counties. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Licensed in Kentucky or able to obtain a Kentucky license.

Responsibilities

Interpret screening and diagnostic tomosynthesis mammograms.
Perform breast procedures, including cyst aspiration, ultrasound- and stereotactic-guided biopsies, axillary node biopsy, and wire localization.
Provide women’s imaging ultrasound services.
Work an on-site daytime schedule of approximately one shift per week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
Optionally take on additional remote general diagnostic work to earn additional income.
