About The Position

Radiology Partners Crossroads is a physician-led radiology practice serving Ascension St. Vincent Hospital and affiliated sites across Indianapolis, Indiana. The practice is seeking an on-site Breast Radiologist to join its growing practice. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, and work alongside multidisciplinary teams including surgeons and oncologists. The practice uses state-of-the-art technology and offers a partnership track. Visa candidates are encouraged to apply, and Indiana is a tort reform state. The Carmel facility is recognized for breast care and mammography imaging, including NQMBC Excellence Certification and a Women's Choice Award for America's Best Mammogram Imaging Centers in 2025–2026. It ranks in the top 2% of hospitals nationwide for breast care and the top 3% for mammography imaging on the active registries published by Women's Choice Award. Compensation is listed as $650,000, with earnings potential above $900,000, plus a $50,000 commencement bonus. The role requires residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program, MQSA compliance, board eligibility or certification by the ABR or AOBR, and an Indiana license or the ability to obtain one. Requirements

Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program.
MQSA compliant.
Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
Indiana license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
