About The Position

Onsite Women's Health (OWH) is seeking a Breast Radiologist to join our care team, reading in person at one of our OH breast centers plus additional remote reading volume across OWH's national network of partner sites. This is a newly created, flexible position that can be customized to your desired volume and earning potential. Onsite Women's Health (OWH) is the leading provider of in-office breast health and imaging services in the country, partnering with forward-thinking practices to deliver comprehensive breast imaging anchored by a strong 3D screening mammography platform with AI for cancer detection. Over 15+ years, OWH has brought in-office screening and diagnostic services to 175+ centers in 28+ states, with 550+ teammates and a 98% partner retention rate. OWH radiologists are part of a large, established reading network — 18+ contracted breast imagers reading a combined 600K+ projected breast exams in 2026. OWH provides the technology, clinical support, and operational infrastructure so radiologists can focus on reading, not administration.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Radiology; fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state (or ability to obtain).
• Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) qualification for interpreting mammography.
• Experience with screening and diagnostic breast imaging and image-guided breast biopsy.
• Comfortable working across a hybrid remote/in-person model and coordinating with a distributed reading team.

• Additional stat licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform image-guided breast biopsies and other interventional breast procedures during in-person days.
• Provide real-time diagnostic reads while on-site one day a week.
• Read additional volume remotely with a 24-48 hour turnaround time.
• Partner with the current radiologist during a planned transition period as in-person coverage grows in 2027.
