The Department of Imaging Sciences at The University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) is seeking a Breast Imaging radiologist to join their team. This role is dedicated to achieving the highest quality outcomes and driving educational innovation in breast radiology. The division's clinical mission focuses on providing comprehensive, individualized care for the early detection and diagnosis of breast diseases. The Breast Imaging division currently comprises 7 dedicated faculty members and utilizes state-of-the-art imaging technologies, including novel ultrasound tomography and breast CT. The department employs structured reporting software and automated breast density with risk assessment across the enterprise. This division is a key part of the comprehensive breast program at the Wilmot Cancer Center of the University of Rochester. Additionally, the department operates a Mobile Mammography Van to serve underserved and underinsured populations in the region. The Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester is a globally recognized leader in radiological imaging, education, and research, with approximately 105 faculty members.
