About The Position
Due to our company's growth, we are looking for a Breakfast Team Lead Cook candidate to join our dynamic team! This position is a part-time casual role available to work Monday till Friday, 6:30 am till 2:30 pm. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience in this position
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently (will work alone in the kitchen for the first few hours of operation in the morning)
- Strong organizational skills
- Adhere to company specifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good attitude
- Good sense of team spirit
- Meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards
Responsibilities
- Setting up breakfast and lunch
- Preparing the necessary cooking for the services while following the instructions of the chef manager
- Guaranteeing the smooth running of the services while following the instructions of the chef manager
- Ensuring the optimal use of the food
- Maintaining adequate communication with other team members
- Keeping your work area clean
- Ensuring that everything is done according to the health and food safety standards of the MAPAQ as well as those established by management
- Properly identifying and dating all food items
- Participating in any other related tasks that may be requested by the supervisor from time to time
