About The Position

The Breakfast Hostperson provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service while maintaining a clean, welcoming, guest-ready breakfast area. The role helps ensure every guest has a positive breakfast experience. This is an on-site hotel position with scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, service-focused, dependable, and able to multitask.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Must meet company security clearance requirements.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, and reach.
Must be able to push or pull up to 60 lbs. and lift or carry up to 30 lbs. unassisted.
Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous food and beverage experience.
Food Handling certification.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the breakfast and dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition.
Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
Complete required brand documentation.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
