About The Position

Tharaldson Hospitality Management is hiring a Breakfast Host at the Decatur Forsyth Residence Inn by Marriott. The role helps create a positive guest experience by setting up and maintaining breakfast service, welcoming guests, and keeping breakfast and public areas clean. The position offers hospitality experience and opportunities to build skills and advance within a company with 90 hotels nationwide. The hourly wage is $15.00–$17.00, based on experience. Weekend availability is required. Morning availability is needed, generally from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.; hours may vary by location. No hotel experience is required. Requirements

• 0–1+ year of customer service experience.
• Open morning availability, generally 6 a.m.–12 p.m.; times may vary by location.
• Passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to keep breakfast items stocked and available according to company standards.
• Ability to greet guests and accommodate special requests.
• High school degree or better.
• Weekend availability.

• Hotel experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast at scheduled times.
• Ensure breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards.
• Greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed.
• Keep countertops and machines clean and tidy.
• Regularly inventory breakfast items; order or purchase items as necessary and provide all receipts to the General Manager.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
