About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant sets up, maintains, and breaks down daily breakfast service while helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The attendant works cooperatively with the team and follows company policies, including health and safety regulations. This position is part-time and non-exempt.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure food items are stocked and attractively presented.
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food storage and temperature control.
• Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests.
• Restock and organize breakfast-related supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Assist with kitchen duties, including dishwashing and light food preparation, as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Work cooperatively with team members to support smooth and efficient breakfast service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
