About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant sets up, maintains, and breaks down daily breakfast service while helping provide guests with a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This highly visible role calls for strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The attendant works with the Food & Beverage team and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in spoken and written English with guests, management, and coworkers.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred.
Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure food is stocked and attractively presented.
Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed.
Keep the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and service stations, clean and organized.
Follow food safety and sanitation practices, including proper storage and temperature control.
Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs.
Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests.
Restock and organize breakfast-related supplies.
Promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
Assist with dishwashing and light food preparation as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Work cooperatively with team members to support smooth and efficient breakfast service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
