About The Position
High Hotels is hiring a Full-Time Breakfast Attendant at the Courtyard by Marriott in Ewing, New Jersey. The Breakfast Attendant coordinates breakfast service, maintains the cleanliness and inventory of the food service area, and greets guests while providing an exceptional guest experience. This position works five shifts per week, Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required, along with scheduling flexibility. Weekend shifts include a $1 per hour shift premium. The starting rate is $16.46 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Coordinate breakfast service.
- Greet guests and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Perform a variety of food preparation duties.
- Prepare, mix, and serve drinks and beverages to hotel guests.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and equipment.
- Clean and maintain service and eating areas.
- Set up and replenish food and beverage items.
- Restock supplies for the next day.
- Adhere to food safety practices.
- Maintain the cleanliness and inventory of the food service area.
