About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant sets up, replenishes, and maintains the breakfast buffet in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. The role ensures the cleanliness of dining and preparation areas while providing customer service that enhances the guest experience. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, is full-time and non-exempt, and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. The pay range is $19.29–$19.50 per hour. Work takes place primarily indoors and involves frequent standing and walking, exposure to kitchen and food service equipment and cleaning chemicals, and lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, keeping items stocked and available during service.
Greet guests and assist with food and beverage selections.
Keep the dining area, buffet, and kitchen preparation stations clean and organized.
Replenish hot and cold food, beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed.
Follow food-handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory and notify the supervisor of shortages or reorder needs.
Clear and clean tables and keep the dining area presentable.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience.
Assist with setting up and breaking down breakfast service, including cleaning and storing equipment.
