About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean dining environment. This role involves direct customer interaction, food service, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Ability to assemble and disassemble the breakfast buffet.
• Skill in keeping the breakfast buffet well-stocked.
• Capability to receive beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Proficiency in assisting customers.
• Experience in clearing tables.
• Ability to resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Capacity to ensure customers leave by the close of meal service.
• Competence in sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Skill in cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops.

Responsibilities

• Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
• Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
• Receiving beverage orders and directing these to the kitchen, as needed.
• Providing customers with assistance.
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Resolving customers' queries and complaints.
• Ensuring that customers vacate the restaurant by the close of meal service.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
