Breakfast Attendant/Hampton Inn/Chadds Ford
About The Position
Onix Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for the Hampton Inn in Chadds Ford, located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. This part-time role is scheduled Sundays and Mondays from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Breakfast Attendant prepares and serves the daily complimentary breakfast, welcomes guests, and works to ensure their satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining an attractive, well-stocked breakfast presentation that is clean, organized, and consistent with brand standards; keeping the food quality and appearance up to hotel standards; and maintaining a clean, properly supplied station. The attendant coordinates with other personnel to complete side work and related duties and inventories food items twice weekly to support ordering.
Requirements
- Any combination of education, training, and/or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
- Food safety certification as required by state and local regulations and brand standards.
Nice To Haves
- Grade school education is preferred.
- Previous hotel-related experience is desired.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve the daily complimentary breakfast.
- Greet guests at breakfast and ensure they are satisfied.
- Set up and maintain breakfast items in an attractive, abundant, clean, organized presentation that meets brand standards.
- Ensure food quality and appearance meet hotel standards.
- Keep the work station clean and supplied with required items.
- Coordinate with other personnel to complete side work and other job-related duties.
- Inventory food items twice per week to facilitate ordering.
