About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Ambassador to provide guests with a welcoming morning experience and support the hotel's overall guest experience. The role combines breakfast service with guest assistance, including sharing information about local attractions, dining, shopping, transportation, and entertainment. The position pays $16–$16.50 per hour and has a stated shift of 5:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Weekends are required. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean dining room, service area, and food and beverage hallways, depending on hotel design.
• Provide professional, competent, and prompt service while attending to guest needs.
• Arrive in uniform with a smile and a can-do attitude.
• Restock food and supplies as needed to maintain consistent service.
• Continuously clean the area so guests receive the same experience regardless of when they arrive for breakfast.
• Stay knowledgeable about the local area and engage guests in conversation about their plans for the day.
• Provide guests with information about local needs and destinations, including grocery shopping, the post office, highways, and entertainment.
• Communicate guest concerns requiring attention to management.
