About The Position

SpringHill Suites Cottonwood is seeking a customer-focused Hotel Breakfast Attendant / Guest Ambassador to prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, keep the breakfast area and kitchen clean, and provide welcoming service to hotel guests. The attendant helps ensure breakfast is ready on time and meets company standards, supporting a positive guest experience. The role involves regularly checking breakfast inventory and ordering items as needed, providing receipts to the general manager, and storing and rotating food properly in accordance with health department regulations. After breakfast, the attendant removes dishes and cleans tables, sweeps, vacuums, and mops. The position typically works early mornings, seven days a week, from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., for up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

Stock and maintain breakfast items according to company standards.
Set up breakfast so it is ready at the scheduled time.
Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast service.
Regularly inventory breakfast items and order supplies as needed.
Provide receipts to the general manager.
Store and rotate food items properly in accordance with health department regulations.
Greet guests warmly, provide exceptional customer service, and accommodate special requests.
After breakfast, remove dishes, clean tables, sweep, vacuum, and mop.
