About The Position

SpringHill Suites Cottonwood, Arizona is hiring a customer-service-focused Hotel Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet and provide a welcoming experience for hotel guests. The role ensures breakfast items are stocked and available during breakfast hours according to company standards, and that the breakfast area and kitchen remain clean during and after morning service. The attendant helps create a positive guest impression by warmly greeting guests and accommodating special requests. The position also involves regularly inventorying breakfast items, ordering supplies as needed, providing receipts to the general manager, and storing and rotating food properly in accordance with health department regulations. The attendant must set up breakfast and have it ready at the scheduled time. After breakfast, duties include removing dishes, cleaning tables, and sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. The position typically runs early mornings, seven days a week, from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., for up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

Prepare and set up breakfast so it is ready at the scheduled time.

Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area and kitchen during and after morning service.
Regularly inventory breakfast items and order items as needed.
Provide receipts to the general manager.
