About The Position

The Brand Specialist supports Beauty Barrage’s client brands at retail locations. The role focuses on meeting sales targets in an assigned market, building relationships, and increasing brand awareness. Specialists represent brands across an assigned territory and retailer locations, educate store teams, demonstrate products, and ensure merchandising meets company standards. The schedule fluctuates monthly according to brand needs and travel distance. This is a part-time opportunity.

Requirements

At least 2 years of beauty retail experience.
Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of the in-store retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
Availability to work weekends.
Beauty savvy, with the ability to represent the company image in a polished and professional manner.
Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territory.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
