Brand Representatives bring the Abercrombie & Fitch store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented store. The position supports customer service and styling, sales floor replenishment and presentation, checkout operations, and online order fulfillment. Responsibilities

Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
Anticipate customer needs, initiate conversation naturally, and provide product support and styling guidance across categories.
Replenish products and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
Fold, hang, and size merchandise, and ensure presentation standards are met.
Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while providing a friendly checkout experience.
Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up orders, and package ship-from-store orders.
