About The Position
The Brand Representative assists customers and supports daily retail store operations. The role includes customer service, merchandise replenishment and presentation, store upkeep, communication with management, and processing sales. The representative is expected to develop working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge all customers.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise.
- Fold, size, and replenish merchandise.
- Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms.
- Assist in merchandise displays.
- Communicate customer requests and concerns to management staff.
- Operate the cash register and ring up customer sales.
- Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities.
