About The Position

The Brand Representative supports store operations and customer service by assisting shoppers, maintaining merchandise and store presentation, processing sales, and developing knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities. This is a part-time position reporting to Store Management. The schedule is based on business needs and may include holidays, nights, and weekends. Management may alter the job description at any time without notice; it is not an employment agreement or contract.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Fold, size, and replenish merchandise.
• Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms.
• Assist in merchandise displays.
• Communicate customer requests and concerns to management staff.
• Operate the cash register and ring up customer sales.
• Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities.
