About The Position

Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Brand Partnerships Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Partnerships Coordinator to support the execution of brand partnerships, talent moments, and cultural initiatives. This role will focus on coordination, logistics, and day-to-day support across partnerships and brand activations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in brand partnerships, PR, or marketing who is eager to further develop their experience across celebrity, brand, and cultural initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position will report to the Director, Strategic Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, PR, marketing, or fashion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in fashion, culture, and brand partnerships
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership & Talent Coordination Support coordination of celebrity, influencer, and brand partnerships
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups
  • Help track partner deliverables and timelines
  • Support talent needs across campaigns, events, and brand moments
  • Assist with invoice tracking and coordination with finance
  • Gifting & Product Coordination Support celebrity and influencer gifting, including packing, shipping, and tracking
  • Assist in coordinating talent placements and basic fitting logistics
  • Track product across campaigns, partnerships, and cultural moments
  • Maintain organization of product allocation for key initiatives
  • Campaign & Activation Support Assist with execution of partnerships, collaborations, and brand moments
  • Support event and activation logistics
  • Help prepare decks, briefs, and internal materials
  • Track timelines and deliverables across projects
  • Operations & Organization Maintain trackers across partnerships, timelines, product, and invoices
  • Keep documentation organized and up to date
  • Flag any delays or missing information to the team
  • Support coordination across internal teams, including PR, Social, and Brand
